Devoted to his adopted land, he roams its remotest parts like a mad goat to take care of vineyards that require exceptional courage to cultivate.

Hard-working, in addition to producing honey, they raise awareness among local groups about traditional techniques for producing honey, olive oil, vinegar and, soon, milled wheat flour.
